Virginia Atieh, FNP, provides superior care to people looking for care at Hope & Esperanza Community Health Center in Newark, New Jersey. She uses her training and experience to provide quality, compassionate mental, medical, and behavioral health services. Virginia is certified in phlebotomy and EEG training as well as in infusion education and suture certification.
A graduate of Rutgers College of Nursing in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Virginia went on to earn her certification and license as a family nurse practitioner in New Jersey and New York. In a decade of nursing, she’s worked for many private physicians and for larger medical organizations like Intele Health and Central Jersey Medical Group.
Virginia worked as a nursing supervisor at CareOne in Holmdel, New Jersey, and a charge nurse at Rutgers Behavioral/JJC (Juvenile Justice Commission-Correctional Care). She also boasts specialized training and experience in pediatrics, geriatric care, emergency care, women’s health, and family medicine.
Virginia places her patient’s goals and concerns at the forefront of her care. She welcomes new and returning patients to Hope & Esperanza Community Health Center.
